The Beatles legend John Lennon’s widow Yoko Ono has posted a photo for taking her followers’ attention to the people, who killed by guns in the U.S.A, via her official Twitter account.

As you can see below, the photo is featuring a sunglass with blood on it. Here’s what’s written on photo:

“Over 1,400,00 people have been killed by guns in the U.S.A since John Lennon was shot and killed on December 8, 1980.”

Yoko Ono wrote on it:

“Dear Friends,

Every day, 100 Americans are shot and killed with guns. We are turning this beautiful country into a War Zone.

Together, let’s bring back America, the green land of Peace.

The death of a loved one is a hollowing experience. After 39 years, Sean, Julian and I still miss him. Imagine all the people living life in peace.”
