Bruce Kulick recently issued a statement regarding his appearance at the KISS Kruise Landlocked event in Las Vegas. His comments followed Paul Stanley’s public apology for not giving him proper credit during the event, despite Kulick’s major impact on the band’s history. Kulick shared his message on X (formerly Twitter), responding directly to Stanley’s earlier remarks.

In his post, Kulick wrote, “YES!!! This happened last Saturday night, at the KISS Kruise Landlocked in Las Vegas. I am far right in the photo. I played ‘Lick it Up’ and ‘Rock N Roll All Nite.’ It was ‘magical’ and what a great way to end a fantastic show from KISS without makeup!”

Paul Stanley addressed the situation during a Q&A session at the event, expressing regret for the oversight. He said, “Before we get going and we’ve got, you know, a lot of questions and answers, I just wanted to apologize to Bruce because last night with everything going on and it being exciting and it being a big adrenaline rush, first I was surprised when Bruce was out there.”

Stanley continued, “I didn’t remember he was coming out and then I forgot to give him his due cuz Bruce not only is a member of the family, Bruce was an important member of the band. So, apologies for not giving him his credit last night.”

The moment underscored how significant Kulick’s role has been throughout KISS’s career, sparking conversation among fans and media about the importance of recognizing the contributions of longtime band members.

During an appearance on The Rock Experience with Mike Brunn, Stanley reiterated his apology and emphasized how respected and essential Kulick is within the KISS family. His acknowledgment highlighted the frontman’s intention to honor the musicians who helped build the band’s legacy.

The surprise appearance occurred at the KISS Kruise event held November 15–16, 2025, at The Theater at Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas. As reported by Ruta Rock, the show brought together several special guests and featured a setlist celebrating KISS’s storied history. Kulick’s involvement in both the performance and the Q&A made the event particularly memorable for fans and the band alike.

Alternative Nation noted that some tension was visible during the live performance, which drew added attention to Stanley’s recognition of Kulick’s vital place in KISS history. The public apology ultimately served as a reminder of the importance of acknowledging every member who has contributed to the band’s long-lasting success.
