Corey Taylor headlined the Fremont Country Club in downtown Las Vegas on October 18, 2026. It was a solo show, his first in more than a year, and it put him in a small room instead of the arenas he usually plays with Slipknot.
He opened with the theme from SpongeBob SquarePants. From there, the night ran about two hours and covered far more ground than any single band’s catalog.
The show leaned on Taylor’s own songs as much as anything else. “Snuff,” “Bother,” “Through Glass,” “30/30-150,” “Before I Forget” and “Duality” all appeared, pulling from Slipknot, Stone Sour and his solo records.
Between those came a long run of covers. KISS, Ozzy Osbourne, Judas Priest, Foo Fighters and Night Ranger were in the mix, along with Prince, Elton John, Snoop Dogg, Cypress Hill, House of Pain and Ice Cube.
That combination is the whole point of the format. Classic metal, hard rock, pop and hip-hop sat side by side, and the set played less like an album showcase than a tour through everything that shaped him.
Nothing about the night depended on a big production. The staging stayed out of the way and the room kept everyone close enough to watch him work, which is what a venue this size is for.
Tickets were sold as general admission with premium seating options, and the show started at seven. A smaller room means a shorter distance between the stage and the crowd, and that shapes how a set like this lands.
For Taylor, shows like this one keep him in front of an audience outside the Slipknot cycle. It is a flexible setup, and it lets him connect a metal crowd to the wider rock and pop canon he keeps drawing from.
