Jack Osbourne recently confirmed that his sister, Kelly Osbourne, is in a “happier place” following her public fallout and breakup with her former fiancé, former Slipknot DJ Sid Wilson, in an interview with The Sun.

The update comes after Kelly made public comments regarding Wilson’s departure from Slipknot and claimed that he was not paying child support for their son, Sidney. Jack shared details about how Kelly is currently coping and focusing on her family.

“Kelly’s in a happier place and she’s got a good routine going,” Jack Osbourne said. “She’s focusing on her and her son.”

He also shared how she is spending her time now. “She is living her country life, and she’s just doing her thing, being a mum,” he added.

The comments offer a glimpse into Kelly’s life after a difficult period involving the end of her engagement, Wilson’s exit from Slipknot and ongoing co-parenting tensions.

Kelly and Wilson had known each other for years before beginning a romantic relationship. They started dating in January 2022 and welcomed their son, Sidney, later that year.

Wilson proposed to Kelly backstage during Ozzy Osbourne’s final Black Sabbath concert in July 2025. The couple ended their engagement in March 2026, around seven months after the proposal.

The breakup was followed by a major change in Wilson’s career. Slipknot fired the DJ and keyboardist after nearly 30 years with the band. Wilson joined Slipknot in 1998 and became one of the group’s longest-serving members.

Slipknot later addressed the change in a brief statement. The band said it was “parting ways” with Wilson and that the decision was effective immediately, without providing a further explanation.

Kelly also publicly raised concerns about their financial arrangements. She claimed Wilson was not paying child support for their son, Sidney. The allegation added to the public tension surrounding their separation and co-parenting situation.

Jack’s comments suggest that Kelly is now trying to move forward by focusing on her son, her routine and her life in the country.
