Falling in Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke has filed a restraining order against Brittany Furlan Lee, the wife of Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee, according to TMZ.
The legal move follows allegations of harassment tied to a catfish scandal that surfaced several months ago. Radke alleges that Furlan repeatedly contacted him through social media. TMZ reported that court documents show Radke filed the temporary restraining order on Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming Furlan harassed him by reaching out multiple times online.
Furlan’s legal team has since responded to the restraining order filing with a statement addressing the accusations.
A representative for Brittany Furlan told TMZ they are aware of the restraining order petition. “The claims being made about Ms. Furlan are not accurate. Our legal counsel issued multiple cease-and-desist notices in May after what we considered to be a pattern of harassment, bullying and false public statements about her.”
The statement continued, “Those notices were acknowledged, but the behavior continued. Ms. Furlan will respond through the court process and hopes the matter can be resolved peacefully. No further comment will be made at this time.”
This latest legal development escalates a dispute that has been simmering between the two sides since 2025, rooted in social media exchanges and personal accusations.
According to The Mosh, the situation began in May 2025 when Tommy Lee shared a cryptic Instagram post asking, “Who’s been catfished?” Radke subsequently suggested that Furlan had interacted with a fake account impersonating him during a difficult period in her marriage to Lee. The situation became widely known as the 2025 catfish scandal and fueled ongoing tension between those involved.
The conflict later extended beyond social media. The Mosh reported that Radke referenced the controversy in his professional work, incorporating nods to the catfish incident in the music video for his collaboration with Hardy, “All My Women,” further amplifying the dispute.
The timing of Radke’s restraining order filing appears to coincide with renewed online activity. The Mosh noted that Furlan revisited the catfish scandal over the weekend, which may have prompted Radke to pursue legal action on Monday.
The case underscores the difficulties celebrities face when personal conflicts play out publicly and escalate into legal battles. Both parties are now set to address the matter through the court system rather than on social media.
