Tom DeLonge might have started a feud with Coldplay.

In a recent Instagram post, the Blink-182 guitarist shared his words from a recent concert by tagging Coldplay. He said on stage:

“We have come to f*ck your moms [Cheers and Applause].”

Fan Comments To Tom’s Post

In the comment section, fans tried to guess what DeLonge tried to do in such a move against Coldplay. One person wrote:

“Incoming Coldplay diss track??”

Another one added:

“Starting beef with Coldplay for no reason >>>”

One other commenter saw his attack with the following words:

“This is the kind of chaos the music world needs.”

Previously in 2016, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker also criticized Coldplay while discussing DeLonge’s departure from the band. In an interview, Barker said DeLonge was ‘tapped out’ and ‘very difficult’ before leaving the band:

“Mark [Hoppus] and I never wanted to change. The last couple of albums, Tom wanted to sound like U2, to record songs that basically sound like Coldplay.”

Barker added:

“For us, we were always like ‘Blink is Blink, man. We want to sound like f*cking Blink-182.’ That’s what side-projects are for. I love Blink for what it is. We love Blink and we love the sound of Blink.”

Blink-182 Is Back With New Music

Less than a year after their great comeback album ‘One More Time…,’ Blink-182 is already working on new music. They started their North American tour in Florida on June 20 and played a new song called ‘Can’t Go Back’ for the first time. Mark Hoppus introduced the song, saying:

“We’re gonna play a f0cking brand-new song that nobody has ever heard before – not even management, not our f*cking agent, not f*cking anybody. We just wrote this song, and we’re gonna play it tonight.”

Tom added after his bandmate:

“Not even your mom when I called her up at 2 am.”

The band’s One More Time Tour continues in North America. After performing in Toronto on August 15, they will head towards the UK to play at some festivals like Reading Festival and Leeds Festival. They will return to the United States after a couple of more shows in the UK.
