A Perfect Circle has released their new single, “To Whom It May Concern,” and announced details for their upcoming 2027 North American tour with Puscifer and The Cult, according to an official announcement shared on Instagram.
The announcement outlined the schedule for the upcoming tour, the supporting acts, and the ticket sale details.
“A Perfect Circle 2027 North American Tour [will run from] April 13 [to] June 13,” the band stated. “With Puscifer, April 13 to 25. With The Cult, April 27 to June 13.”
The band also confirmed the release of their latest track. “New song ‘To Whom It May Concern’ [is] out now,” they added.
Additionally, they shared the ticketing schedule and pre-sale code. “APC Pre-sale [runs from] September 30 at 10AM local through October 1 at 10PM local,” they continued. “Pre-sale code: PERFECT. General On-sale [begins] October 2 at 10AM local.”
The extensive tour, featuring Billy Howerdel and Maynard James Keenan, will launch on April 13 in Vancouver, with stops including Red Rocks Amphitheatre and the Hollywood Bowl. “To Whom It May Concern” is the band’s second new single this year, following “Starless,” which recently reached No. 1 at Active Rock radio.
The new track and the tour announcement arrive as the band’s latest cycle of activity, and both tie directly into a career that has long balanced new music with large-scale touring. The single’s predecessor, “Starless,” has already given the group a chart milestone this year, and the tour routing places them in several of North America’s most recognized venues.
Howerdel spoke about the timing of the release and the band’s recent radio success. “It’s exciting to finally get some new music out into the world, and seeing ‘Starless’ reach #1 at rock radio this week has made it even sweeter,” Howerdel said.
The 2027 run is notable for putting Keenan on double duty for part of the schedule. A Perfect Circle is built around Howerdel and Keenan, and the outing pairs the band with Puscifer on the initial Canadian dates while The Cult joins as support for the remainder of the tour. The routing runs from the April 13 opener in Vancouver through a June 13 finale in Phoenix.
Puscifer’s involvement on the early dates is a direct extension of that shared lineup history, with Keenan fronting both acts on select nights. Puscifer will support on the opening Canadian shows along with the Detroit stop before The Cult takes over as primary support for the rest of the North American tour.
The venue list also reflects the scale of the band’s live history. The tour will bring A Perfect Circle to Red Rocks Amphitheatre and the Hollywood Bowl, two landmark stops that rank among the band’s most prominent marquee dates.
That history includes prior sellouts at major venues, which underscores the significance of the 2027 dates. A Perfect Circle will headline the Hollywood Bowl on Sunday, June 6, alongside The Cult, returning to a venue the band has previously filled.
With the single out now and pre-sales opening September 30, the 2027 tour marks the next stage for the band as it continues to roll out new material.
