Bring Me The Horizon frontman Oli Sykes shared his reaction to Fontaines D.C.’s recent cover on his Instagram. The Irish post-punk band delivered their interpretation of a Bring Me The Horizon song, which caught the original artist’s attention.

“The coolest thing I’ve seen maybe ever,” Sykes said about the cover. Fans can watch the cover performance on YouTube. The unique interpretation earned high praise from Sykes.

This remarkable cover showcases the evolution of both bands. It highlights their artistic versatility and mutual respect.

Blunt Magazine revealed how Fontaines D.C.’s version of ‘Can You Feel My Heart’ transforms the original song. The band stripped away its characteristic intensity and replaced it with a distinctive post-punk approach.

The cover features pulsing synths and reverb-drenched guitars. Vocalist Grian Chatten’s deadpan delivery contrasts with Sykes’ original emotional screams, creating a haunting new perspective on the song.

Global Tour Expansion

The band’s international presence continues to grow. Their 2025 North American tour will include appearances at major festivals and headline shows across the continent.
