British rocker Yungblud recently revealed plans for upcoming shows despite a serious leg injury, sharing the update with fans on Instagram.
The 28-year-old musician surprised fans when he posted photos showing him on crutches with his left leg in a massive cast. Despite the injury, he reassured his audience that it would not stop him from performing at his scheduled festival appearances at Vilar de Mouros in Portugal and Pukkelpop in Belgium.
“Leg fucked. Still giggin. Still standin (sort of). Portugal and Belgium I’m comin and it’s gonna be fucking mad,” Yungblud said.
He also shared an update on his Instagram story to confirm he would be ready for the upcoming dates.
“See you next week,” he added. “Let’s ride.”
Yungblud is set to open as headliner at CA Vilar de Mouros on August 18, 2026, in Caminha, Portugal. The festival runs August 18–22, with his bill including President, Cabaret Voltaire, Lambrini Girls, Tom A. Smith and The Molotovs.
He is also scheduled to headline Friday, August 21 at Pukkelpop in Hasselt, Belgium. The festival takes place August 20–23, with Turnstile and Major Lazer also on the Friday bill.
The upcoming festival appearances are expected to proceed as planned.
