Led Zeppelin frontman Robert Plant’s daughter Carmen Jane Plant has a unique lifestyle different from her father’s career. She is a professional belly dancer who produces shows to represent Middle Eastern culture.
Plant married Maureen Wilson on November 9, 1968. Their daughter, Carmen Jane Plant, was born on November 21, 1968. They also had two sons, Karac Pendragon, who sadly died at age 5, and Logan Romero, born in 1979. Robert and Maureen divorced in August 1983.

Many people think it would be great to grow up with a father who is one of the world’s greatest and most famous musicians. However, in a 2007 interview, Robert Plant shared the difficult side of his successful career. The singer said:
“What I recall for the first two years is my daughter not really knowing who I was and getting rather agitated when I came back off tour, as she thought I’d come to rob the house.”
Seeing the struggles her father had, Carmen preferred a different kind of career and life than the Led Zeppelin singer.

Since she is a professional dancer, Carmen most recently made the headlines for her production named ‘The Serpent Slayer.’ Carmen talked about the details of her show in an interview with Devon Live and stated:
“The tour has gone well so far, and we’re excited to bring the show to Exeter this weekend. It will provide a variety of entertainment, from live music to dance, and it will really embrace Middle Eastern culture with instruments, belly dancing, and more.
The show will also combine African trance, Martial Arts, and other story-telling methods, including shadow puppetry and a variety of multimedia projections.”
