In a recent tweet, Ronnie Radke used Spiritbox and Slaughter to Prevail to talk about the deep divisions within the music scene.

“There is a clear divide in the music industry. One side, virtue signaling political lgbtq exploitive bands with secrets that would ruin their careers and bands that just want to play music that woke fans cry about. The scene needs a reset because it makes no sense anymore,” the Falling In Reverse frontman initially wrote.

“Such a wasteman. Imagine making your whole personality about being anti-woke,” one user wrote in the comment section. “Cool, imagine Spiritbox touring with Slaughter to Prevail, okay you can’t because everyone hates each other? cool point proven,” Radke said in his reply.

Last year, Spiritbox dropped out of The Popular Monstour, which was headlined by Falling In Reverse. Radke blamed Spiritbox fans for the backlash, saying they made the situation difficult for the band.

The singer wrote on X, “Could never talk trash, Courtney and rest of them are so sweet, I feel sorry for them as some of their fans are awful.”

Slaughter to Prevail’s Alex Terrible defended Radke against haters earlier this year, writing on social media, “I love how people hate Ronnie Radke or somebody else putting their fingers and judging for sh*t they don’t know or don’t understand or literally read in internet coz somebody say it, all of you fighters for justice and peace in the world.”

The singer continued, “Listen! None of us here are saints, none of us here are Mother Teresa. We all act with our own interests first. And sometimes we make mistakes and do SH*T. We live in a SOCIETY where people share different views. This is why it is so important to seek compromises. War war war. Endless war. Endless hypocrisy. Endless hatred.”

Radke had also defended Alex against critics in metal music. He liked their collaboration, ‘Ronald,’ and said the negative comments began only after they worked together. Radke also criticized snobby metal fans who try to hurt bands and praised Alex as a really nice guy.

Such a wasteman. Imagine making your whole personality about being anti-woke.
