Ratt took the ’80s by storm with their debut album ‘Out of the Cellar,’ which went triple platinum and hit No. 7 on the Billboard charts. The album’s biggest hit, ‘Round and Round,’ became an anthem of the era, reaching No. 12 on the Hot 100. Their follow-up, ‘Invasion of Your Privacy,’ was also a huge success, going double platinum. Over the years, the band kept dropping albums and selling millions of records, cementing their spot in rock history.

Of course, outside of Ratt, the members had different paths—some made bank, while others struggled. Here’s a rundown of their net worth, from lowest to highest:

5. Robbin Crosby

Robbin Crosby was one of Ratt’s founding members and a major driving force behind their sound. Born in San Diego in 1959, he got into music early, playing in bands before forming Ratt in the late ‘70s. As the band’s rhythm guitarist and key songwriter, he helped shape hits like ‘Round and Round’ and ‘Lay It Down.’

At the peak of Ratt’s success, Robbin was living the rockstar dream—huge tours, platinum albums, and the Hollywood party scene. But behind the scenes, things started falling apart. He developed a severe heroin addiction, which not only wrecked his career but also his health. By the early ‘90s, his drug use had spiraled out of control, leading to him leaving Ratt for good.

In his later years, Robbin revealed he had contracted HIV, which later developed into AIDS. He spent his final years in and out of hospitals, eventually passing away in 2002 due to complications from his illness. His net worth at the time of his death was estimated at around $300,000.

4. Warren DeMartini

Warren DeMartini is often considered one of the most underrated guitarists of the ‘80s metal scene. He joined Ratt in 1982, just in time for their rise to fame, and his solos became a signature part of the band’s sound. Unlike many of his rockstar peers, Warren avoided the worst excesses of the glam metal lifestyle.

After Ratt’s initial breakup in the early ‘90s, Warren worked on several projects outside of the band. He played with Dio briefly and joined Whitesnake for a short period. He also had a project called Bone Gang, which never took off commercially. Later, he became the lead guitarist for Dokken for a brief time in the late 1990s.

By the mid-2000s, Warren shifted his focus to working behind the scenes in the music industry, serving as an A&R representative and working on guitar collaborations. He had a falling out with drummer Bobby Blotzer over control of the Ratt name and eventually stepped away from the band for good in 2018.

Today, his net worth sits at around $4 million, thanks to royalties, session work, and wise financial management.

3. Bobby Blotzer

Bobby Blotzer was the backbone of Ratt’s sound, holding down the drums on all their biggest hits. He was known for his powerful playing and high-energy performances. After Ratt’s initial breakup in 1992, he kept busy with music but also got involved in business ventures outside of rock.

Beyond Ratt, Blotzer played in bands like Contraband, a supergroup featuring members of LA Guns, Vixen, and Shark Island. He also authored an autobiography, ‘Tales of a Ratt: Things You Shouldn’t Know,’ which detailed his wild days in the band and personal struggles.

One of the biggest controversies in Ratt’s history was Blotzer’s attempt to take over the band name. In the mid-2010s, he went to court over the rights to ‘Ratt,’ leading to a messy legal battle with his former bandmates. At one point, he was touring with his own version of Ratt, but legal issues eventually forced him to stop.

Even with all the drama, Bobby managed to hold onto his money, investing in real estate and other business ventures. His estimated net worth today is around $5 million.

2. Juan Croucier

Juan Croucier played a crucial role in Ratt—not just as the bassist but also as a backing vocalist, helping to define their sound. Before Ratt, he was part of the early lineup of Dokken, but he left before they blew up.

Outside of Ratt, Croucier built a strong career in production. He owns Metal Works Studios, where he has recorded and produced various artists. His work behind the scenes has been a steady source of income over the years.

In addition, he has his own band, Juan Croucier’s Ratt’s Juan Croucier, which continues to tour and play Ratt classics. While it’s not as commercially successful as Ratt, it allows him to keep making music on his own terms.

Despite not staying in the spotlight as much as some of his bandmates, Juan made smart financial moves and remains involved in music. His net worth today is likely around $5 million though numbers vary in other sources.

1. Stephen Pearcy

Outside of Ratt, Pearcy had a busy solo career, releasing multiple albums under his name. He also founded bands like Arcade (with Cinderella’s Fred Coury) and Vertex, a more industrial-sounding project. These never reached Ratt’s level of success, though.

Pearcy has also ventured into business. He launched a clothing line, ‘Mic Knuckle,’ and dabbled in the film industry, making cameos and working on soundtracks. He even wrote a book, ‘Sex, Drugs, Ratt & Roll,’ detailing his life in the rock world.

Despite his struggles with substance abuse, Pearcy managed to hold onto his wealth. Today, he’s the richest member of Ratt, with a net worth of around $10 million.
