Legendary thrash metal band Slayer has revealed plans for their first UK headline shows since 2018, as announced on Instagram. The upcoming performances will be their largest headline shows ever in the United Kingdom. The events will feature an impressive lineup of metal heavyweights.

“Slayer will return to the U.K. after six years, performing their biggest headline shows ever in the country with special guests Amon Amarth, Anthrax, Mastodon, Hatebreedofficial, and Neckbreakker,” stated the official announcement. “These shows mark their only European headline appearances of the year, and fans can secure tickets early through an exclusive presale starting March 5th at 10AM GMT UK. General on-sale begins on March 7th at 10 AM GMT UK.”

UK metal fans haven’t seen Slayer headline a show in their country since 2018. This announcement marks a significant moment for the fanbase.

The band’s return to the touring circuit shows their continued influence in the metal scene. This comeback follows their previous farewell tours and extended breaks.

The exclusive presale began March 5th at 10 AM GMT. This early access gives fans the first opportunity to secure their spots at these historic shows. The general public sale will start two days later.

These performances are Slayer’s only European headline appearances for the year. High demand is expected due to the band’s extended absence from UK stages.
