Andy Biersack Insists His ‘Fake’ Backstage Brawl With Dance Gavin Dance Was ‘Real’

Black Veil Brides frontman Andy Biersack has fake brawled Dance Gavin Dance.

During a recent Falling In Reverse show, the band played previously taken footage. In the video, members of Black Veil Brides and Dance Gavin Dance seemed to ‘fight.’

“What the f*ck? Dance Gavin Dance and Black Veil Brides are fighting right now. Look at this guys,” Radke is saying in the footage before showing the members jokingly ‘hitting’ each other. When the moment was captured and shared online, BVB frontman Andy Biersack took to X to comment on it.

“People saying this is ‘fake’ clearly don’t know what they are talking about & have never been in a real fight. Real fights are where you ride your friends back like a mechanical bull & someone plays a plastic trumpet in the background while everyone is doing Kermit noodle arms,” he joked.

“Fake or not it’s embarassing and unprofessional lol,” a user responded to the video. “I’ve often heard that grumpy wet blanket self serious people are the most fun to hang out with and that everyone enjoys being around them,” Biersack responded.

Falling in Reverse kicked off their headlining tour with Dance Gavin Dance, Black Veil Brides, and Tech N9ne on August 18 in Nampa, Idaho, and they played a few songs from their new album ‘Popular Monster.’

Falling in Reverse played a 14-song set. They started with ‘Prequel,’ the first track on ‘Popular Monster,’ and ended with ‘Ronald,’ with Tech N9ne joining them for the last song since he features on the studio version.

It was also a big night for Dance Gavin Dance. They played their first show with Andrew Wells handling all the vocals after their split with Tilian Pearson in April. They played eight songs, including the live debut of their 2024 tracks ‘Straight From the Heart’ and ‘Speed Demon.’

Falling In Reverse’s tour with Black Veil Brides is still going. The two bands are joined by Dance Gavin Dance and Tech N9ne, and they will be playing almost every day until September 26.
