“I bought an AMAZING Aged Gibson J200 at The Gibson Garage in London last week. This guitar’s got me wanting to play and write! Let’s see what happens!!”

Stanley’s last live performance with KISS took place at Madison Square Garden on December 2, 2023. The band announced that they would retire from live shows after their farewell tour.

Gene Simmons confirmed there would be no new albums from the band anymore but revealed plans for a cartoon show and virtual concerts featuring their avatars.

Fans Are Eagerly Expecting A New Album

Paul Stanley began his solo career in 1978 with a self-titled album but rarely produced music outside KISS. Since his last solo album, ‘Live to Win,’ saw release in 2006, fans shared excitement over possible new music:

“I’d love another solo album!”

An X user noted:

“Would love ’78 solo album pt 2, or a new KISS album. Just because touring is over doesn’t mean you can’t add to the legacy. Or maybe do some non-makeup shows again.”

Another comment read:

“Love Soul Station, but we need just a regular Paul Stanley solo album. Your voice is so good.”

The KISS frontman formed Soul Station to play old soul tracks in 2015. The tribute band has only released one album, ‘Now and Then,’ so far.
