Judas Priest frontman recently took to Instagram to post a few pictures of himself in a leather body harness, which fans labeled a ‘Daddy Desert’ look. The rocker wrote:

“Metal blessings, peace be with you.”

In the pictures, Rob is in a harness with a leather jacket thrown over his shoulders, holding what seems to be a whip. The singer is also wearing a hat, sunglasses as well as gloves. After the frontman posted his new look on Instagram, fans flooded the comments with positive remarks. One fan wrote:

One fan thanked the rocker for reflecting his truth on social media and wrote:

“Badass! I adore you. Thank you for sharing your truth. It means a lot to me and countless others who have suffered abuse, who are struggling to get sober, and who are sober. I am a survivor, sober, and a musician as well. Thank you, Sir!”

Regarding Halford’s past, the singer released an autobiography titled ‘Confess’ in 2020, where he shared his life story, including his trauma. Rob opened up about his teenage years when he had to endure sexual abuse by elders in his community, one of them being a friend of his father, as well as by leaders at his after-school activities. The rocker also wrote about his downward spiral with addiction and his violent behavior.
