Mark Tremonti shared insights about his varying performance styles in an interview with Guitar World. The guitarist, known for his work with Creed and his self-titled project, emphasized the contrast between his refined Sinatra tribute shows and the intense energy of Tremonti performances.

“All my bands feel so different. It’s crazy going from the Sinatra shows, where I’m wearing a tux and playing with all of these incredibly gifted performers, to going over to Europe and playing in clubs with my heaviest band,” Tremonti explained. “You’ve got to take a different approach. I can’t get on stage with Tremonti and be like, ‘Hey, you all look beautiful tonight, thank you for coming to the event,’ like I would with a Sinatra performance.”

“I feel like when I do Tremonti, I become a different character,” he continued. “When it’s heavier music, I become a WWE wrestler: ‘Get up, everybody!’ Whatever the music pulls out of you, you know…”

His comments reveal the multifaceted nature of his musical career. They demonstrate his ability to adapt across diverse musical landscapes.

The transformation to a complete band has enabled Tremonti to explore heavier musical territories. He maintains his signature guitar work throughout this evolution.
