Paul Stanley from KISS is on the hunt for his lookalike.
He recently posted on X (formerly Twitter), sharing an article about doppelgängers—people who resemble each other without being related.
Stanley invited fans to help him find his own doppelgänger, writing, “Here’s a GREAT article on doppelgängers (people who look like twins but aren’t related). If you know or see anyone who looks just like me, SEND A PHOTO!!! No KISS makeup photos.”
The post prompted a mix of playful and serious responses. Some fans suggested names, including Steven Van Zandt, with one user sharing side-by-side pictures and commenting, “NO ONE compares. But close? Maybe…SVZ?”
Another user pointed to Brazilian singer Sidney Magal, noting he’s often referred to as ‘the Brazilian Paul Stanley.’
Several fans also shared photos of themselves or relatives, claiming they had a resemblance to Stanley. So far, Stanley has not commented on the similarities between himself and any of the suggested lookalikes.
