Primus Frontman Les Claypool Lists Iconic Tour Bus For $152,000

Primus bassist Les Claypool has listed his legendary tour bus ‘Large Marge’ for sale on eBay. The announcement appeared on the band’s official Facebook page. The 1998 Prevost Marathon XL coach has been a significant part of the band’s touring history.

“Les Claypool’s beloved tour bus, ‘Large Marge’, is now up for sale on Ebay,” the official statement read. “This legendary coach is a 1998 Prevost, Marathon XL. Check it out. Serious inquiries only please. Thanks.”

The vintage tour bus represents a piece of rock history. It has served as transportation for one of alternative metal’s most distinctive bands.

This sale marks a significant transition for both the band and their iconic vehicle. The bus has been a constant companion through numerous tours and musical milestones.

Data from Architeg Prints revealed the tour bus has logged over 300,000 miles during its service with the band. This extensive mileage demonstrates its crucial role in the band’s journey.
