American rock legends The Eagles announced four additional December dates for their acclaimed residency at the Las Vegas Sphere. The announcement comes due to immense fan demand, expanding their historic, record-breaking run at the high-tech venue to an unprecedented 68 shows in total. The new performances are scheduled for Friday, December 4, Saturday, December 5, Friday, December 11, and Saturday, December 12, 2026.

The band stated that four additional shows have been added to Eagles – Live in Concert at Sphere, the longest-running residency at the revolutionary venue. Presale signup begins immediately at Eagles.com. The presale commences Wednesday, July 15, at 10 AM PT. Vibee Hotel & Experience Packages become available Thursday, July 9 at 10 AM PT. The general on-sale for the new shows begins Friday, July 17 at 10 AM.

The Eagles’ Sphere residency has become a defining moment in live music history. The residency’s expansion to 68 total performances represents a remarkable achievement in the entertainment industry, particularly given the venue’s cutting-edge technology and intimate capacity. This extension underscores the extraordinary connection between the legendary band and their devoted fanbase, who continue to fill the venue night after night.

The residency has already attracted over 700,000 fans across more than 44 sold-out shows. The band’s tenure at Sphere has surpassed all previous residency records at the location, eclipsing U2’s previous 40-show residency that ran from 2023 to 2024. With each performance drawing near-capacity crowds at the venue’s 17,600-seat configuration, The Eagles have established themselves as the definitive long-term resident artist at Sphere.

The financial impact of the residency has been equally staggering. The engagement crossed the $285 million mark in gross revenue during 2025 alone, making it the top-grossing venue engagement in Billboard Boxscore history. The immersive audio and video experience provided by Sphere’s 16K technology has become a hallmark of the residency. This technology offers fans an unparalleled concert experience that extends far beyond traditional live performances. The venue’s revolutionary capabilities have allowed The Eagles to reimagine their classic catalog in ways that captivate audiences night after night.

Since the residency’s inception, The Eagles have demonstrated remarkable staying power at the venue. Multiple expansion announcements have reflected sustained ticket demand and sold-out performances. The band’s ability to maintain such high attendance levels across dozens of shows speaks to both their enduring popularity and the unique appeal of experiencing their music within Sphere’s technologically advanced environment. As the December dates approach, fans are expected to continue the pattern of rapid ticket sales that has characterized the entire residency.
