When people talk about Jimmy Page, they usually mention Led Zeppelin, his guitar skills, or his influence on rock music. But not many know about his longtime girlfriend Scarlett Sabet. Sabet may be famous for her connection to Page, but she’s also a poet, performer, and actress.

Here are five interesting facts about Scarlett Sabet.

1. She is a Poet and Writer

Scarlett Sabet is a well-known poet and writer. The Telegraph called her “a rising star in the world of poetry.” She’s performed at major literary events, including the Hay Festival, Cheltenham Literary Festival, and the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C.

She’s published four collections of poetry on her own and, in 2020, released a spoken word album called ‘Catalyst.’ The album was produced by Jimmy Page, so it’s a special collaboration between the couple. In 2023, she published a poem titled ‘A Flag for Hope.’

Sabet is also involved in charity work. She volunteers for Bookmark Reading Charity, an organization that helps children improve their reading skills.

2. She Has Acted in Films and TV Shows

Before focusing on poetry, Scarlett Sabet worked as an actress. She appeared in both films and television shows, including:

  • ‘Skins’ (2011) – Played Angel of Death in one episode.
  • ‘Life’s Too Short’ (2011) – Played Jill in one episode.
  • ‘Peep Show’ (2003) – Played a fertility clinic nurse.
  • ‘Junkhearts’ (2011) – Played Sally.
  • ‘The Reeds’ (2010) – Played Red Haired Girl.
  • ‘Ladders’ (2015) – Played Arrabella.

She no longer acts, but her work in film and television remains part of her career.

3. She and Jimmy Page Have a 46-Year Age Gap

Scarlett Sabet and Jimmy Page have been in a relationship since 2014. Page was 70 years old, and Sabet was around 24 when they started dating. The couple lives together in West London and they keep their relationship mostly private.

They first met in November 2013 at a poetry reading organized by Sabet. At first, they were just friends, but their connection grew over time. Sabet spoke about the public reaction to their age gap, saying that it was difficult at first but is no longer something that bothers her. She describes Page as her best friend and someone who makes her laugh.

4. She Shares the Same Name as Jimmy Page’s Daughter

Scarlett Sabet shares her first name with Scarlet Page, Jimmy Page’s daughter from a previous relationship. Scarlet Page, born in 1971, is a photographer.

The Rolling Stones even have a song titled ‘Scarlet’ featuring Jimmy Page on guitar. Many believe the song was named after his daughter, though the band has never officially confirmed it.

5. She and Jimmy Page Live in a Gothic Castle

Scarlett Sabet and Jimmy Page live in Tower House, a historic Gothic-style mansion in London. The house was built in the 19th century by architect William Burges and has been home to several famous people, including actor Richard Harris.

Page bought the house in 1972 after competing with David Bowie for it. The mansion has unique features like stained-glass windows, painted ceilings, and intricate carvings. Some past owners claimed the house is haunted, but Sabet tells Tatler she only feels positive energy inside.

The couple spends most of their time at home. Sabet writes poetry, and Page takes care of the house’s maintenance. They don’t host many guests, but their families visit often. In recent years, Page has been in a legal dispute with Robbie Williams (they are neighbors) over construction plans that could damage the mansion’s structure.
