“That whole thing that they’re doing this summer, Geddy and I were asked to be a part of it, and we had agreed to do it, but other things came up, and sadly we had to back out of it,” Lifeson explained. “It would have been a lot of fun, and we enjoy playing with other people, and it gets Geddy and me together to do stuff, and all of that.”

Ozzy Osbourne continues to plan his final live appearance. This performance will mark the end of an era in heavy metal history.

Loudwire previously documented Ozzy’s outreach to other legendary guitarists. Led Zeppelin’s Jimmy Page also received an invitation for collaboration.

These collaborative efforts demonstrate Osbourne’s dedication to creating memorable musical moments. He maintains this commitment even as he prepares to conclude his live performing career.
