“Hi Friends, of all the reviews we have gotten on this tour with our buddies Loverboy, this one from the other night in Duluth really captured the spirit of what we are doing out here,” the singer wrote, sharing a concert review from the Duluth News Tribune.

He added, “Another sold-out arena, another amazing audience, … and on a ‘school night,’ no less! Thanks so much to everyone who has continued to support this band … as I said, ‘We are not done yet!’ … kc.”

REO Speedwagon had previously announced they would stop touring, citing Bruce Hall’s recovery from back surgery, which wasn’t complete. This situation led to irreconcilable differences between Cronin and Hall.

Earlier this month, Cronin addressed fans who were upset about Hall being missing from a photo he shared on Facebook. The photo honored Quincy Jones, but fans noticed Hall wasn’t included, which led to backlash.

A user commented, “I wish the band could stay together, but I can’t wait to see what is next!” Cronin replied, “The band you saw in Bloomington has every intention of staying together.”

Another fan asked, “Why can’t you honor your brother Bruce Hall?” “Or maybe the question is, why can’t he honor me,” Cronin responded. When asked about Hall’s whereabouts, Cronin said, “Maybe you should ask Bruce…”

Cronin also shared new details about REO Speedwagon’s future after the band announced their retirement. He responded to a fan’s comment about what they had heard.

“One thing I wanted to point out that took me by surprise… KC said at the end of the show that they weren’t going anywhere and they would see us next year. Insinuating REO will continue touring come 2025. Spoiler alert I guess but I feel like the community deserves an explanation,” a user commented on one of Cronin’s Facebook posts.

Kevin replied, “You heard right. I believe the official announcement from Live Nation will be coming on December 6. I am not free to call it REO Speedwagon, but let’s just say that if you liked what you heard and saw in Corbin, you will not be disappointed! Stay tuned.”

Fans will have to wait until December 6 for the official announcement. The band’s next show is scheduled for December 8 in Rancho Mirage, California.
