Following a March 17 hearing, a judge has granted Brittany Furlan a civil harassment restraining order against Falling in Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke. The restraining order will remain in effect until March 20, 2028, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

The order imposes strict conditions on Radke’s behavior and proximity to Furlan. He must maintain a distance of at least 100 yards from Brittany, her home, and her workplace. The restraining order also prohibits him from contacting her in any way—whether directly or indirectly.

This legal victory comes after a tumultuous period marked by allegations of online deception and harassment. The dispute between the two figures has drawn significant media attention, particularly given Furlan’s marriage to Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee.

The restraining order stems from a bizarre catfishing scandal that created considerable tension in Furlan’s personal life. Someone allegedly posed as Radke online and sent messages to Furlan that caused problems in her marriage, as TMZ reported. The incident raised questions about who was actually behind the fake accounts and what their intentions were.

Conflicting claims emerged regarding the catfishing scheme, according to Alternative Nation. Radke alleged that Furlan used a bogus account to send flirtatious messages. Furlan, however, has claimed that Radke operated multiple “sock puppet” accounts targeting her. These competing narratives made it difficult to determine the truth, but the court ultimately sided with Furlan’s version of events.

Ronnie Radke has consistently denied involvement in the catfishing. He previously stated he contacted the FBI about the matter. Despite his assertions and alleged federal involvement, the judge was not persuaded during the March 17 hearing, as Loudwire noted.
