Bad Omens have recently been canceling shows off of their Concrete Forever tour as a result of Noah Sebastian’s ‘persistent’ infection. The band first announced the cancellation of their Tempe, Arizona show on the X platform and wrote:
“We are very sad that we were not able to perform tonight. Noah has been managing the infection that caused the Portland cancellation but it has been frustratingly persistent. The constant coughing has resulted in irritation and swelling. Sadly the advice from medical professionals is that additional rest and recovery is required to prevent lasting damage.”
The band also thanked their fans for their support by adding:
“Not to mention that we’d hate to give you anything but our best. Thank you again for understanding. Canceling shows is the last thing we ever want to have to do. We will provide more information as soon as possible.”
However Tempe wasn’t the only show the band had to cancel as they also posted an apology for their Albuquerque show. The band said:
“Sadly you must inform you that we will not be able to perform tonight. We are extremely disappointed but there’s no other option. Thank you in advance for understanding. This is the decision we must make so that we can heal and ultimately give you the show we spent months preparing. We’ve gone into detail about Noah’s illness in a previous statement so please reference our social media as needed for more information.”
Soon after they also posted a statement for their Dallas show and informed fans that they are working on rescheduling the postponed dates. The band’s statement read:
“We did everything we could to avoid this outcome but unfortunately we cannot go through with the show tomorrow. With that said we are already looking into options for a reschedule. So please stand by for further updates to follow. Our intention is to announce new dates for as many of the postponed shows as possible.”
