During a Q&A session on his X account, Sixx clarified the band’s current creative direction. He stated: “I believe in release songs. One at a time—Not albums. Not at this time. We just released 3 new ones. Plus all the new songs on the Dirt soundtrack. Way more than an albums worth. And they all got their own love.”
The response comes as Mötley Crüe continues to navigate its new era with John 5, who replaced founding guitarist Mick Mars. Sixx’s comments suggest the band is prioritizing individual single releases over traditional album formats.
